InnerJoy Ed is a K–12 social-emotional learning (SEL) and educator wellness company delivering evidence-based, MTSS-aligned programming across Tiers 1, 2, and 3. Our Portable Coping Skills (PCS) framework and Joy Navigator Platform provide districts with a classroom-ready SEL curriculum and real-time outcome data, while our "You Are the Intervention" professional development equips educators with de-escalation tools and polyvagal-informed, trauma-responsive regulation strategies. We are one of the few vendors that combine student SEL with dedicated staff wellness support. An independent pilot evaluation found a statistically significant, very large effect size (Cohen's d = 1.03) across all CASEL-5 competency domains.
