Charpie Construction Company, Inc. is a Small Disadvantaged, Woman Owned Business certified by Wisconsin District SBA Office. Established in 2007, Charpie Construction Company has a successful history in the construction and maintenance service industries. As a recent graduate of the SBA’s 8(a) program, we have completed many successful projects as an 8(a) firm. Types of work we participate in include General Contracting, Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc), Performance Contracting, Design/Build, Bid Build, Sustainable Design, Engineering, Feasibility Studies, Quality Control Services, Safety Monitoring, Critical Path – Construction Scheduling, Cost Estimating, and IDIQ Service Contracting. We serve the Chicago Metro and Geographic Areas Region IV, Region V and Region IX Established by the U.S. SBA Territorially – Defined Perimeters.
