Located in Milwaukee, WI, American Design, Inc. (ADI) is a twenty-eight-year-old 8(a) firm whose experienced management team provides a full range of planning and architectural services. The following is a summary of our core services: Complete building design, from conceptual design through construction administration. Space Planning, Programming, Sustainable Design, Urban Design, Interior Design, Existing Conditions Reports, Technical Specification Writing, ADA and Universal Design Compliance Studies, and Renderings. We bring our 20+ years of experience leading successful projects in the governmental realm to the 8(a) Federal programs. We are experienced being the prime consultant managing a team of sub consultants, as well as being a productive team member to other firms. We consistently receive high scores from the State of Wisconsin performance evaluation system on projects we lead and continue to exceed our clients' expectations.
