The David Walter Group, LLC (DWG) is an SBA-certified SDVOSB providing project management, construction management, logistics and engineering support to DoD, DOE, DHS and their primes as prime or sub. Core capabilities: program/project management & controls (cost, schedule, risk, EVMS, change management); construction management & owner's representation (vertical/horizontal/industrial); environmental remediation, NEPA, dredging & closeout; mechanical/civil/facility systems engineering; logistics & supply chain. Rapid staff augmentation of vetted PMs, CMs, schedulers, cost engineers, QC managers, SSHOs and environmental scientists (on-site or remote, scalable by phase). Led by retired USAF Colonel and mechanical engineer (MS Info Systems) with command experience in construction, environmental restoration, EOD and fire protection. Drives disciplined execution, documented decisions and owner's-eye risk/schedule focus. Nationwide from Kennewick, WA; supports remote/deployed work.
