RFW was created to provide the preparation and motivation to all future heroes of our United States Armed Forces and First Responders that desire a healthy lifestyle through hard work and determination. Many of our heroes go to their initial training ill-prepared (physically, mentally, and nutritionally). Specifically, for the Armed Forces, recruiters do not have a lot of time to get their candidates ready because they cannot spend too much of it focusing on individuals… that's were RFW comes in. This program will better prepare those that want to serve our nation and communities. RFW works with local Armed Forces recruiting offices, Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Instructors, First Responders, and high schools.
