North Peak Associates LLC is a Washington-based small business providing professional land surveying and mapping services supporting infrastructure, facilities, and construction projects. Land surveying services include boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, control networks, construction staking and verification, utility and right-of-way surveys, as-built documentation, and settlement/deformation monitoring. We integrate terrestrial laser scanning, mobile LiDAR (SLAM), and aerial LiDAR to document terrain, structures, and complex facilities. Services include scanning, horizontal and vertical control scan control, point cloud registration and post process exhibits ranging from floor plans, CAD overlays, elevations, terrain models, surface reports, digital asset tagging and CAD/BIM-ready datasets. All work requiring licensure is performed under the responsible charge of a Washington State Professional Land Surveyor.
