We prepare, submit, and manage invoices to responsible parties and insurers for MVAs, hazmat/fuel spills, debris removal, and other emergency responses. Services include claim assembly, policy/ordinance alignment, insurer correspondence, payment tracking, and remittance to agencies. We currently support hundreds of fire departments and related agencies across multiple states and have processed thousands of claims. We maintain 14-day payment targets, produce audit-ready documentation, and integrate with agency workflows. Core strengths: multi-state statutory know-how, insurer escalation practices, claims management automations, rapid onboarding, and accurate remittance. Past performance includes municipal fire departments and payments received via federal EFT.
