NAEMEDISOLUTIONS LLC is a VetCert-verified SDVOSB providing a bottom-up, human-updated resource outreach service for rural and underserved Veterans who cannot reliably find what is available to them. We built and manage City Hub, the platform that delivers it. The service solves dead phone numbers, closed offices, and outdated referrals for SSVF, food, transportation, peer support, county VSOs, and Vet Centers. National directories cannot keep up with local changes. We deploy always-on digital displays in libraries, food pantries, VFW halls, churches, the Salvation Army, tribal centers, and county offices. Every resource is verified by hand at the ZIP-code level by an in-region steward. Updates push live. Same info is accessible on any phone via our Static Web App. City Hub makes existing VA programs findable locally, no app or login. Proposed pilot: Grant, Adams, Kittitas, Chelan, Douglas counties. $300,000/year total. SDVOSB sole-source eligible under VAAR 819.7008.
