Forge and Float Works LLC is a self-certified small business delivering specialized maritime fabrication and certified welding services for steel and aluminum structures. Based in Port Townsend, WA, we provide new construction, repair, modification, and modular construction support for commercial and government projects. Our team holds AWS D1.1 (steel) and D1.2 (aluminum) welding certifications and has experience with ABS and NAVSEA standards. With a 3,200 sq ft fabrication facility, plus 2,400 sq ft of covered yard space with scalable capacity. We specialize in low-volume, quick turnaround execution which includes hull construction, pilot houses, custom fuel tanks, and structural sponsons and lengthens. We serve as a trusted subcontracting partner for complex and high spec marine metalwork.
