Culp Investment Group LLC is a licensed general contractor in Washington State, specializing in residential and light commercial construction. Our services include new builds, tenant improvements, additions, and full remodels. To ensure economical cost control and project efficiency, we can also self-perform framing, siding, trim, flatwork, flat glass, window, and door installation, as well as glass scratch removal, stainless steel repair, waterproofing, masonry restoration, and janitorial services when subcontracting is not cost effective. We are bondable up to $1,000,000 per project and committed to high standards, responsive project management, and hands-on execution. Our leadership includes a current Superintendent for FORMA Construction, overseeing a $94 million seismic upgraded renovation of Hazen High School in Renton, WA. This direct experience managing large-scale public projects positions us to deliver government and private-sector work with precision, safety, and confidence.
