Led by a CW5 (Ret.) U.S. Army Construction Engineering Technician with more than 30 years of experience, the firm delivers disciplined technical oversight, project controls, QA/QC, design interpretation, and field engineering support for vertical, horizontal, and infrastructure projects. We support agencies across the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Our facility solutions include assessments, preventive maintenance planning, and sustainment/repair/modernization (SRM) support to enhance asset reliability and mission readiness. As an SDVOSB, we strengthen small business utilization goals and provide value to prime contractors through teaming, subcontracting, and Mentor-Protege Joint Ventures.
