Encapsulated in our comprehensive care management model is psychiatric services, targeted case management, psycho-education, stress management, trauma informed care, depression, mood disorders, ptsd, medication assisted treatment, anxiety, schizophrenia, and contingency management for co-occurring substance use disorders.
