Molecular Testing Labs™, based in Vancouver, Washington is a Veteran Owned Business that holds Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) Certification or Clinical Laboratory Licenses in all 50 states and national, College of American Pathology (CAP) Accreditation. Billing Operations are located in Boise, Idaho and Saint Louis, Missouri. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulates all laboratory testing (except research) performed on humans in the U.S. through CLIA. Molecular Testing Labs™ has national, CLIA Certification and holds Clinical Laboratory Licenses in seven states (CA, FL, MD, NY, PA, RI and WA). The Clinical Laboratory License for the state of New York was provided to Molecular Testing Labs™ in November, 2015. They also hold a permit from the Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program in New York State and a Medical Testing Site License in Washington State.
