Bates Counseling Services, PLLC is a veteran-owned mental health practice based in rural Central Washington, specializing in trauma-informed care for veterans, first responders, and underserved communities. We provide individual, group, and family therapy with an emphasis on existential-humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative approaches. Our team includes licensed mental health professionals with lived military experience, allowing us to offer culturally competent, mission-driven care that integrates moral injury work, grief processing, and reintegration support. Through in-person and telehealth services, we bridge critical gaps in access to care across Grant, Chelan, Douglas, Adams, and Okanogan counties.
