Aetherium Innovations is a small Pacific Northwest design, fabrication, and product-development company for low-volume and unusual physical requirements. Aetherium can take a problem, existing part, concept, sketch, photograph, customer CAD file, or plain-language requirement through engineering or reverse engineering, process selection, prototyping, iteration, and small-batch fabrication. Capabilities include product and mechanism development, CAD modification, 3D scanning and scan-to-CAD, small-format CNC machining for metals, polymers, wood and composites, FDM and resin additive manufacturing, fixtures, adapters, mounts, brackets, housings, custom components, PCB milling, laser marking, investment-casting related workflows, custom jewelry and commissioned objects, 12-volt assemblies, precision hard-material and gemstone processing, finishing, assembly, and production from customer-supplied files.
