Zeneth’s work with federal clients includes operating full service Security Operations Centers to include maintaining situational awareness, communicating critical information across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, conducting Security Accreditation and Authorization (SA&A) services (also referred to as system authorization) applying the NIST RMF across the Federal Government), including conducting exercises as limited as testing business continuity for a single system to implementing a scenario driven incident response testing program for large scale testing. Each of these processes are aided by strong communication plans and PMBOK based project planning.
