xStellar Inc. is a veteran owned business whose team first started as IT contractors in Washington D.C. working with organizations such as Freddie Mac, Capital One, Boeing, USAF, USMC, Army, CDC, OSD, FDA, DOL, HUD, SSA, FEMA, DHS and the VA. With its team’s long mission driven background as Federal and civilian IT contractors xStellar’s approach to empowering individuals with disabilities takes on a very unique direction. Instead of primarily focusing on accommodations we focus heavily on the strengths each individual brings to the workplace. People with disabilities are constantly innovating to find different ways to accomplish common tasks. This type of creative out-of-the-box thinking can translate into original and creative solutions previously not realized bringing an entirely new level of thinking for any organization.
