Capabilities

WIIPICA QRI JV LLC is an SBA-certified Tribal 8(a) Joint Venture providing construction services for federal agencies, including USACE, DoD, and FAA. The JV is led by Miami Wiipica, LLC as managing venturer, with responsibility for project management, contract execution, and compliance. Core capabilities include heavy civil construction, marine construction, vertical construction, site development, utility infrastructure, demolition, and facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM). The JV executes complex, multi-phase projects in active and secure environments using established quality control, safety, and CPM scheduling systems. Work is performed through a combination of self-performed construction and managed subcontractors in accordance with FAR 52.219-14.
