Our passionate and principled approach is grounded in the best available science and an exceptional understanding of the complex legal framework to advance ocean conservation. With decades of science and policy experience working across sectors—from legislative and executive branches of government to non-profit and academia—we understand a wide range of client perspectives, needs, and interests. Our professionalism, ability to navigate complex political and institutional dynamics, and ability to work well with a cross-section of stakeholders allow us to solve problems, no matter the challenge. We provide a range of services and products related to marine science, policy and law, including contract services for individual and organizational clients. Categories of services include facilitation, analysis, outreach, and stewardship building. Co-owners hold a PhD and JD.
