Established in 2013, Thinkblot’s founders aimed to create a company that could offer boutique behavioral science and mental health services to organizations challenged with selecting, sustaining, and optimizing personnel in high-trust, high-risk, or otherwise exceptional occupations. Thinkblot’s doctoral-level psychologists serve as mental health providers, advisors. We conduct psychological evaluations in support of security clearance determinations. We evaluate employees’ fitness to successfully carry out their job duties. We deliver resilience programming to employees in high-stakes jobs, providing practical tools to advance employee performance from “good to great.” We provide confidential one-on-one wellness checks to employees in high-trust positions. We train and coach employees, managers, and leaders. We assess the psychological suitability of candidates applying for high-trust positions. We psychologically screen employees being considered for special duty assignments.
