The Efficiency Group provides process improvement technology and consulting to government organizations and the private sector. We use Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques in a modernized, commonsense manner to help organizations improve efficiency and performance. TEG also features a proprietary artificial intelligence (AI) tool for process improvement. Our AIProcessMapper can take raw text or text documents (meeting notes or standard operating procedures) and instantly generate a BPMN process model for review and improvement. TEG'S AIProcessMapper saves up to 40% in time and effort from traditional process modeling approaches. We also provide LSS training to help organizations train staff so they can use LSS tools and techniques in their everyday work, and we support development of organizational policies and procedures that accurately align to process requirements, as well as process training materials in support of process implementation and organizational change management.
