Founded in 1994, Carney, Inc. (Carney) is a small business headquartered in Alexandria, VA. Carney is dedicated to dramatically improving the job performance and critical mission accomplishments of Federal employees at the individual, team, and enterprise levels. We do so through a wide range of training, learning, and strategic human resource management interventions; re-engineering of business processes; and enhancements to technology infrastructures. Carney works exclusively with Federal Government agencies and brings extensive experience managing highly visible, complex learning programs, bringing together and managing multiple partners, to provide cohesive and comprehensive services. Carney has over 24 years’ experience providing services to the federal government in the areas of program management, training, human capital, acquisitions and security.
