Surge Infotech LLC (Surge IT) is an SBA 8(a) and VA SWaM-certified small business (est. 2022) delivering enterprise IT to federal agencies under primary NAICS 541512. Through subcontracts with Booz Allen Hamilton, ASRC Federal, BNL Inc. and Spatial Front, our 40+ personnel, on subcontracts valued at $50M+, support mission programs at NSF and USPTO, including an AWS-native data and AI platform built on Databricks with MLOps pipelines. Core capabilities: cloud and data modernization, Agile DevSecOps and CI/CD, applied AI and enterprise automation (AI gateways, guardrails, intelligent process automation), IAM and Zero Trust security, and program management. Led by an Enterprise Architect, we field specialized teams focused on measurable outcomes. Our 8(a) goal is to transition from subcontractor to prime by pursuing sole-source and competitive awards at USPTO and NSF, obtaining a GSA MAS contract, and building prime past performance for IDIQ/GWAC vehicles.
