SPEAR Consulting, LLC is a women-owned small business, founded in 2011, and headquartered in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. SPEAR is a management consulting and executive coaching firm delivering analytics-driven human-centered transformation. This includes three primary services: strategy development and implementation (strategic planning, organizational assessment & development, implementation road-mapping); team development (leadership assessment & executive coaching, professional development, employee engagement, workforce planning); and change management & communications (change readiness, communication strategy, facilitation design & management). We have supported U.S. government agencies, quasi-government agencies, commercial businesses, and non-profits.
