Founded in 1960, Soil Consultants Engineering, LLC (SCE) is a Woman and Small Business (WOSB), specializing in full-service geotechnical engineering, construction observations, material testing, and construction code inspections. SCE has an in-house nationally certified soil and concrete laboratory equipped to provide all soil and concrete testing services required for project completion. SCE has provided consulting services on more than 50,000 projects for public and private clients by exceeding expectations and the ability to meet the client’s needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
