Ion Channel (www.ionchannel.io) is a platform of secure services that provide continuous, automated risk management of your software supply chain and dramatically reduces the time to remediate vulnerabilities and deploy new capabilities. The platform continuously ingests data from the software supply chain - changes to open source components, vulnerabilities emerging in open-source and proprietary software, and the dynamics of open source developer communities. As enterprise code is committed or delivered by in-house developers or vendors, Ion Channel subjects the code to analysis, builds a Body of Evidence as an immutable (auditable) record and automates pass/fail rules in the CI/CD workflow. After code is committed and deployed, Ion Channel maintains continuous monitoring on all components and provides updates of vulnerabilities, new versions, new dependencies in updated versions and other risk factors that can trigger actions in the workflow.
