The organization performs duties that requires knowledge of the Risk Management Framework NIST Special Publication 800- 53, Guide for assessing the Security Controls in Federal Information Systems NIST SP 800-53A. Members of the team have are with continuous monitoring, POA&M management, Risk Management Framework process and IA documentation not limited to System Security Plans (SSP) and Incident Response Plans (IRP). Performs work involving the application of cybersecurity technology and policy to the design, implementation and management of organizational IT systems and software. Review threat and vulnerability assessments to analyze the risk to the Information Systems and networks and determine appropriate measures to effectively manage those risks. Will serve as the technical and policy professional within the cybersecurity branch. Have experience with using information assurance tools; SPLUNK, Wireshark and NESSUS (ACAS), eMass, MCAST, XACTA among other tools.
