Northern Roots Consulting provides subject matter expertise in the areas of Marine Corps Requirements Development, Finance, Acquisition and Acquisition Logistics. NRC provides the fundamental understanding of what it takes to provide the Marine with a safe, well-engineered, fully supported, properly configured, maintainable and affordable solution. In a fiscally constrained environment, NRC has successfully supported the customer in justifying and accessing necessary funding for new and existing initiatives. Having supported Marine Corps Systems Command, Marine Corps Capabilities Development Directorate and Headquarters Marine Corps, NRC can provide input on effective and feasible methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support Marine Corps’ programs, requirements and activities through the existing Marine Corps Capabilities Based Assessment and POM process.
