We have the systems engineering expertise to build and manage foundational requirements, create and manage the program development plan, and ensure a viable capability is delivered to meet your mission need. We provide professional support to build a defendable and robust acquisition strategy, evaluate proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the acquisition throughout the full life cycle. We have formally trained testers that will build and manage your aircraft and/or systems test and evaluation program. We will provide certified test pilots for flight test support and systems evaluations.
