MicroXact offers a range of wafer probing products spanning from simple and highly cost- competitive solutions (manual SPS-1000, SPS-1200, motorized SPS-2600, SPS-2800, SPS-12000, and semi-automated probers, -PLUS versions), to unique, often one-in-a-kind cryogenic, magnetic or cryomagnetic semiconductor characterization systems that are built to order. By investing all operating profits into IR&D over last 5 years, MicroXact team technically reached the very high level of qualification, permitting MicroXact take and deliver the solutions few if any in the world can deliver. As a result MicroXact developed certain reputation worldwide (mainly among scientific community).
