Feather Moore is a proactive, performance driven consultant to Federal executives with over 20 years of progressive, Federal leadership experience facilitating and solving problems in the boards, committees, program management, plain writing, and executive secretariat arenas. Complementary to this work, she serves as a science writer and editor. Report-writing services include the development of an outline, drafting introductory and organizing material, scientific writing and editing for style, clarity, voice, and flow. Contracts to support an advisory committee often require attendance at committee meetings, drafts or reviews of minutes, management of edits among members of the committee or subcommittee, and synopses of public comments using automated systems. All services are provided on a full to part-time basis for contracts not to exceed 1300 service hours per year (an average of 25 hours per week).
