Intra-Mail Network, Inc. (IMN) has been working with organizational mail centers (e.g., Colleges & Universities, Gov. Agencies, Military Bases, Corporations, Medical Facilities) for over 25 years. Our team has worked for USPS (HQ L’Enfant Plaza) and managed several mail centers (e.g., UNC Chapel Hill). IMN’s patent 6711555 – Business Method and Apparatus for Delivering Mail Items to Non-Postal Zones. IMN won “Best In-Class Innovation Award” from USPS for its innovative use of technologies and automation to increase mail center productivity. Waste-Free Mail (WFM) Applications were engineered from the patented to stop handling 90% of incoming commercial mail which is trashed immediately either by mail centers or departments/units over-and-over again. It satisfies the “Green Procurement Program (GPP)” while transitioning Mail Centers to an ecosystem - enhancing efficiency, waste reduction, labor reallocation, and department/unit satisfaction throughout the entire supply chain.
