Capabilities

Hanlon Group develops highly specialized training programs in the security sector for police, military, and their ministries, and we deploy them worldwide. We also recruit and deploy highly experienced advisors to deliver training, advise and mentor counterparts, and embed at police and military institutions to support longer term institutional strengthening and reform. We create certification programs and deliver them for cohorts of mission-critical personnel. We have advised governments on their strategic and operational planning, designed and implemented plans and programming, and provided policy analysis and recommendations for the United States Department of State and for the United Nations and its 90 Police Contributing Countries.
