FRAGO 22 LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that designs and implements workforce development, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness solutions for government, industry, and nonprofit partners. Our core services include workforce strategy and pathway design, DoD SkillBridge program development, veteran and military talent transition, and customized training and facilitation. We focus on execution, building talent pipelines and workforce systems that match real operational needs in skilled trades, data center infrastructure, healthcare, and defense. FRAGO22 currently supports Department of the Air Force policy work as a subcontractor to MetroStar Systems. Our principal brings over 20 years of U.S. Army leadership as a retired First Sergeant, an active TS/SCI clearance, and PMP and Certified Scrum Master credentials.
