Our coaches also work with various assessment tools such as Clifton Strengths, Myers Briggs, Power Base Inventory, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Positive Intelligence Assessment, Barrett Values Assessment and EQ-1 2.0. Dovetail Leadership Group is unique in that it provides coaching supervision to its coaches on a regular basis to enhance their coaching presence, deepen their listening skills and facilitate ongoing reflection and growth of our coaches. This investment also minimizes compassion fatigue in our coaches.
