Demolition Plus LLC is located in the Roanoke valley, Virginia. We are a small business with a wide range of experience in demolition, minor rehabs, painting, fencing, decks,and more. I have over 10 years of experience in Janitorial as well. We have held large contracts in the janitorial sector, servicing several Virginia Tech University buildings, Imax movie theaters, Barnes and Noble book sellers, Blacksburg, Va. transit, Blacksburg, Va. recreation, and several doctors offices in the New River Valley. We have a relationships with a international janitorial service provider in the Tidewater, Va. area, as well as a relationship with a international janitorial service provider in Roanoke Valley and SW, Va. We are proud to have formed amazing relationships over the years! Our friends in the trucking industry, as well as roofing and concrete allow us the ability to complete several projects through partnering and joint ventures.
