D3O uses rate sensitive, soft and flexible D3O® materials for shock absorption and impact protection applications across multiple end use markets, including military personal protection. D3O® has a range of patented and proprietary materials, with each formulation finely tuned to behave optimally for its end use - allowing for the most advanced protection in the world. D3O’s SPS (Soldier Protection System) IHPS (Integrated Head Protection System) Legacy suspension pad system uniquely provides blunt impact protection for US Army dismounted soldiers at two impact velocities simultaneously, better protecting the soldier. D3O has supplied over 580k IHPS Legacy suspension pad sets since program launch in late 2017, and the D3O Legacy system remains the program of record. Additionally, D3O offers a range of limb protection and load carriage solutions, extending protection for and easing the burden of the soldier.
