I am a retired U.S. Army Veteran with 27 years of distinguished service as a Food Service Specialist. My performance consistently ranked among the best in the Army, earning me nomination and induction into the Hall of Fame for excellence throughout my career. I am battle-tested, having served in food operations at every level, from tactical field missions to the highest levels of Army leadership. I was selected to serve at the Department of the Army level, where I conducted worldwide assessments to evaluate food service operations and ensure proper use of resources. Additionally, I spent four years as the Sergeant Major and Senior Food Service Specialist in charge of the Department of the Army Cook School. During this tenure, I oversaw more than 300 instructors and managed the training and development of over 2,000 students, ensuring they mastered both foundational and advanced food service skills.
