Covan Group, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering integrated defense innovation, RDT&E, test and evaluation, human-machine teaming, simulation, wargaming, training, and operational analysis. We help government and industry move AI, autonomy, UxS, C-UxS, C2, and other emerging technologies from concept to operational capability. Since 2020, Covan has supported more than 90 defense experiments and RDT&E events across live, virtual, and hybrid environments. Core services include experiment and scenario design, force-on-force execution, tactical-edge data collection, instrumentation, adjudication, HMT assessment, TTP/SOP development, explainable-AI wargaming, enhanced after-action reviews, mission timelines, dashboards, and decision-ready reporting.
