CSI is a full-service HUBZone and SWaM certified Design-Build Class A General Contractor located Chesapeake, VA. specializing in Government Contracting. Self-performing many features of work, we have completed over 300 projects since our inception in 2002 including (3) IDIQ contracts attributable to nearly half our work completed to date including large mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects. Our core mgt. team has over 100 years of Government & DOD construction experience. We have an Architectural Draftsmen and Structural Engineer (P.E.) and Former NAVFAC Supervisory Engineer/ Contracting Officer/Construction Area Manager on staff. Our customers include: Smithsonian Institution, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Airforce, Dept. of the Navy, City of: Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, Universities: NSU, ODU, VCU, VSU, as well as, IMAX and many more.
