Founded in 2014, Cognitive Agility, LLC provides services in human capital, organizational development, leadership and workforce development, executive coaching, strategic planning, change management and communications, teambuilding, facilitation, and training. We support organizations in private, government, and non-profit sectors to fulfill their missions through empowering their employees, leaders, and teams to be their best and meet mission goals. Our clients include DOD, DOT, NIH, Air Force University, DHS, FAA, EPA, USDA, NOAA, and the Dept of State, as well as higher education and professional associations. The founder, Melynda Benlemlih, is an ICF PCC certified coach and holds a Master’s in Workforce Development and Education. She is certified to deliver StrengthsFinder, MyEverything DiSC suite of assessments as well as 360 assessment tools. She is open to teaming opportunities as a subcontractor and accepts micropurchases via credit cards.
