We bring over 20 years of combined construction management experience and have successfully delivered more than 100 projects in occupied federal, institutional, and commercial facilities. Our team has the ability to self-perform key trades such as demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes, giving us control over quality, cost, and schedule. With a bonding capacity of $3M single / $8M aggregate, Capital Trades is equipped to support federal agencies and private clients with safe, timely, and high-quality construction solutions.
