Before you deploy, we assess readiness, data hygiene, and tooling fit. After go-live, we evaluate performance, drift, and governance. Our methodology aligns to ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and our sovereign-inference model deploys self-hosted open-weight models so client data never leaves client control, fit for CUI and cleared work.
