Suh’dutsing-Pilkington Construction JV, LLC Joint Venture has combined its capabilities and expertise in an 8(a) Joint Venture, in which SSS is the Prime Contractor. FAR 9.6 allows contracting officers to consider the past performance of a Federally Chartered Tribal Corporation-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) subsidiary, in this case, Suh’dutsing Staffing Services, as well as the past performance of its teaming partners, Pilkington Construction. We deliver an array of construction management, technology, telecommunication, and staffing solutions to customers across the nation and in international markets. We serve Federal, State, and local agencies, as well as the private sector, providing information technology, information systems, and specialized engineering project and construction management services in the IT, IS, engineering and construction fields.
