Seek Labs’ disease response platform is designed to compress the threat-to-decision timeline, preserving optionality and enabling stage-gated development of countermeasure pathways. The platform is built around two integrated components: BioSeeker™, an AI-driven genomic intelligence engine that continuously analyzes global viral sequence data across hundreds of pathogens and millions of strains to identify functionally constrained regions that are essential to pathogen survival; and PTAP™ (Programmable Target Ablation Platform), a programmable CRISPR-based therapeutic modality that uses this genomic intelligence to disrupt those conserved targets at the level of pathogenic DNA or RNA.
