Capabilities

We provide active and retired law enforcement professionals to instruct Workplace Violence Prevention (WVP) and Active Shooter Response. For WVP, management receives training on policy, procedures, and a tabletop exercise, while employees focus on situational awareness, reporting, and RUN-HIDE-FIGHT strategies, practicing evacuation, hiding, barricading, and self-defense. Hands-on training includes tourniquet application, barricading, and intruder defense simulations. Security personnel receive training in situational awareness, tactical movement, de-escalation, and coordination with local law enforcement, along with use of tourniquets. Using LASER AMMO equipment and recoil-enabled laser weapons, we offer virtual scenario training for de-escalation and firearms skills. We also provide live fire training, crowd management, and custom solutions for sectors like education, healthcare, government, and corporate offices.
