NVE is a Native Hawaiian Organization 8(a) owned entity with a management team and key personnel with extensive technical and management experience with the US Federal Government and DOD. NVE has an SBA approved existing MPA and JV Agreement with HHI Corp. NVE has bonding capacities of $10/$30 million. NVE has in house engineering (mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, chemical) services available and specializes in engineering, training, operations, construction and PM support. NVE has knowledge of the customer, technology, and community processes to provide best value solutions.
