Capabilities

Bear Valley Tactical has the capabilities to manufacture metal parts and tools by using the investment casting process. We have the capability to cast parts up to 75 pounds, and can pour several different types of ferrous and non ferrous alloys. We also have in house tooling capabilities as well as Vacuum heat treat up to 2200 degrees as well as aging and tempering. We also offer black oxide coating for carbon steel and Cerakote coatings for all alloys.
