Career, Life, and Leadership Coaching and Consulting: TLC's founder, a former NASA Senior Executive and Certified Coach, leverages 40 years of engineering leadership and coaching expertise to help individuals and organizations navigate transitions and reach peak performance. Experience serving in multiple NASA space programs as an electrical and electronic parts specialist, lead engineer, and manager at Johnson Space Center, NASA Headquarters, and Kennedy Space Center. Service includes supporting two NASA Headquarters Task Forces with firsthand experience in crisis management. As a husband and father of four, TLC's founder understands the value of work-life balance. His training, career, life experiences, and upbringing as the son of a Filipino WWII veteran give him unique insight into life's challenges.
