Led the day to day operations of the Freestanding Emergency Room, which include daily monitoring of expense reports; which led the GCD in the highest volume; averaging 60-70 patients per day and 100 patients per day during cold and flu season. Managed/supervised 58 employees which included 1 Nurse Manager, 4 Assistant Nurse Managers, and 2 Lead Techs. Completed over 70 consultations with senior care facilities. Completed 50 relocations, 40 clean outs, 25 estate sales within the 1 year of business.
